Our process
Phase 1: Plan
Planning is the key to a successful website launch. In this phase we collect information and map out the specifics of your project.
This includes creating a site map, exchanging ideas on the design and esthetics's of your site determining the art direction and overall look and feel of your site.

Phase 2: Organize
Gathering all content such as text, imagery, videos, documents and other (pre-existing) assets.

Phase 3: Design
Perhaps considered the most important phase of a project. We will review all collected materials and draft a contemporary masterpiece. You will get the opportunity to review the draft and provide us feedback and directions before moving forward to the programming stage. All designs are subject to your final approval. We use high quality stock photo imagery to complement your sites design and look.

Phase 4: Develop
At this stage the drafts and mock-ups will be transformed to an actual website. Back-end programming will take place at this stage. The site will be placed on one of our testing servers and is available for clients feedback at this time.

Phase 5: Test
In order to assure that each section of the site works Vivid Web Graphics interactive team conducts site-wide testing. Any issues discovered during the testing process will be addressed immediately. As soon as the site passes testing, it is presented to  you, the client for final approval. This phase allows for any further issues with the site to be corrected before going live.

Phase 6: Soft Go-Live
At this stage the site has been designed, programmed and approved. You can now send it out to a select group of users like your friends and colleagues. This is the final testing phase before doing the public launch.

Phase 7: Go-Live!
Congratulations your site has been completed successfully and is visible to public.
